Christopher Fisher’s practice focuses primarily on banking and real estate, emphasizing commercial lending, commercial workout and restructuring, asset-based lending, factoring and commercial leasing.
He has experience representing commercial real estate investors and operators in leasing, development, financing, construction and other real estate matters. He has represented private owners and non-profit entities in multifamily acquisition, sale, refinance and preservation.
Fisher was formerly a certified Minnesota arbitrator and former elected official in Parkville, MO. He has published on the topic of conflict management and theory in the area of Major League Baseball labor relations. He currently serves as the vice president of the executive board of the Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission, a long-standing Civic Advisory Board of Park University member, and the Parkville, Missouri Ethics Commission chairman. He is a member of the real estate and business law sections of the American Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and Minnesota State Bar Association.
Fisher is a State Bar of Texas member and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, Banking and Finance Law.
