C. Bradford Lowry heads Jackson Walker’s real estate practice group. His practice focuses on real estate acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, investment, finance and management, including portfolio transactions.

Lowrey was instrumental in handling the real estate components of Mark Cuban’s sale of controlling interest in the Dallas Mavericks NBA franchise and related assets. He also represented a principal in acquiring, financing and developing a 4,000-acre residential and mixed-use project.

He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law.

Lowrey has been an elected member of the Argyle Independent School District Board of Trustees, Chairman of the Argyle Comprehensive Plan Committee, President of the Argyle Economic Development Corporation, and as a board member of various organizations, including ULI Dallas-Fort Worth, Downtown Dallas, Inc. and the Coppell YMCA. He is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association’s Real Property Section, the Dallas Real Estate Council, and the Urban Land Institute. He is a former editor for the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Reporter of the State Bar of Texas.
