Victoria Malkin
Promoted four times in seven years at Cushman & Wakefield
Leader in the company's Women's Integrated Network
Victoria Malkin is president of Cushman & Wakefield’s $300-million Central Region business, which includes the Midwest, Texas and Canada. She was appointed to this executive role (and is the youngest of Cushman & Wakefield’s four regional presidents) in August 2022.
In her position, Malkin leads growth planning, client care, talent development and performance management across seven Midwestern states, Texas and Canada. She focuses on future-proofing the business, long-term planning and identifying growth opportunities.
Her career at Cushman & Wakefield consists of four promotions in seven years, with her prior role involving leadership of the 400-person Americas Research & Marketing team.
While leading Research & Marketing, she implemented new operating models and organizational structures, an enormous strategic effort that began pre-pandemic and accelerated with the pandemic and subsequent economic downturn. Today, the team is an industry leader and best positioned to respond to dynamic market and client needs.
Malkin is the executive sponsor of Cushman & Wakefield’s Parents & Caregivers Together (PACT) group, a critical employee support resource. Additionally, she is a leader and mentor in the firm’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN).
As the parent of a young child, a working mom and a native Chicagoan, Malkin is passionate about children, families and healthcare initiatives that impact Chicago and the workplace. She’s a member of the Children’s Service Board.
These are just a few reasons we chose Victoria Malkin as one of the Chicago-Midwest Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
