Northmarq’s Dallas Multifamily Investment Sales team consisting of Taylor Snoddy (Managing Director), Phillip Wiegand (Senior Vice President), Eric Stockley (Senior Vice President) and Charles Hubbard (Senior Associate) completed 103 transactions in 2022 at a total sales volume of $2.6 billion.
Notable transactions included the sale and financing of the North Dallas 8 Portfolio, consisting of eight stabilized, garden-style apartments totaling 2,087 units and representing nearly 30% of the submarket.
The portfolio was sold to five unique buyers ranging from small-cap $15 million syndication to $150 million institutional capital. The portfolio’s total capitalization was $300M-plus, with total financing topping $247 million. The deal was financed with a combination of debt fund, balance sheet and mezzanine lending executions.
