Allen Gump is an Executive Vice President in the Dallas-Fort Worth Industrial division at Colliers. Gump and his team specialize primarily in tenant representation with Logistics and Transportation Solutions Groups in the comprehensive Dallas-Fort Worth industrial marketplace. In 2022, Gump’s team brokered 26 leases totaling more than 4.4 million square feet.
Gump has historically been a top-performing broker in Texas each year, and 2022 was no exception. One notable transaction involved brokering a single build-to-suit at a transaction volume of more than $100 million. He also brokered five transactions on behalf of companies opening new locations in the DFW area for the first time.
