The Newmark Multifamily Capital Markets Central Texas team comprises five investment sales, two land and two debt & structured finance experts. The team handles conventional multifamily and land for equity, debt, acquisition and dispositions services in markets from Austin to San Antonio, TX. In 2022, the team closed on 51 multifamily sales and financing transactions totaling more than $3.1 billion.
Notable deals included the sale of the Estates and Villages of East Riverside a two-property, 846-unit portfolio student-housing-to-workforce-conversion in Austin. The team also brokered the disposition of the 354-unit Modera Domain in Austin and the 252-unit Gardens at West in San Antonio. The latter was the Newmark Teams’ second time selling the asset.
The team is led by Patton Jones, and includes Jim Young, Matt Michelson, Andrew Dicson, Chase Easley, Andrew Childers and Steven Boice.
