Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston Industrial team is led by Jim Foreman (Vice Chair) and Beau Kaleel (Executive Managing Director). During 2022, the team closed on 115 leasing and sale transaction, brokering more than 9.3 million square feet in leasing space and handling more than $391.9 million in sales.
A notable deal involved a lease to Penske Logistics. The national 3PL took an entire 604,000-square-foot building at the under-development South Central Business Park in Houston. The Cushman & Wakefield team represented landlord IDV in the transaction.
During his career, foreman has completed sales transactions at an aggregate value of more than $5 billion, with lease transactions totaling more than 135 million square feet. He has been part of a team completing some of the largest industrial transactions in Houston’s history.
