Notable transactions included a 22,500-square-foot lease for Tesla in Norwell, MA, which is the South Shore’s only Tesla dealership. Other deals included a 7,403-square-foot lease at 571 Worcester Rd. in Framingham, MA for PXG and an under-construction, 2,500-square-foot space for National Coffee Brand at 292 River St. in Hyde Park, MA. The location represents National Coffee Brand’s debut space in the Boston area.
