As West Coast Commercial Realty’s Senior Associate, Susanna Tran focuses on tenant representation, leveraging her experience as a former retailer and business owner to help her clients achieve their location and expansion goals.

Tran came to commercial real estate with a dynamic background as a small business owner and operator in the beauty, restaurant and fashion industry. She owned a high-end optical retail boutique and several spas, and also had strategic positions in a family restaurant business.

She is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, CoStar and Downtown Seattle Association; is a board member with South East Effective Development and On Board Othello; and is a Rainer Valley Representative with Communities of Opportunity. She is a Founding Member of the Ethnic Business Coalition, and Is Vice Chair, Board of Directors, with Mercy Housing NW.
