In his role as Senior Vice President, Connor McClain specializes in tenant representation and management of many local and nationally based companies.

McClain’s expertise has been focused on transaction management. He is highly instrumental in formulating and implementing real estate strategies that focus on cost initiatives as well as effective portfolio management strategies and corporate branding. His primary services include delivery of high level client satisfaction in the management and oversight of lease portfolios and negotiating complex transactions on behalf of his clients, both locally and nationally.

He entered the industry in 2012 and since then has become a leader in the Seattle market. He’s been ranked as a Top 10 office broker and named a rookie of the year.

A Seattle native, McClain is active in the Seattle community as a board member for the King County Boys & Girls Club and Washington State University Athletic Club.
