Clayton Brown is Marcus & Millichap’s Senior Vice President. During his career with the company, he has closed 114 investment sales transactions in excess of $410 million. Additionally, Brown has built a team of 13 full time team members including seven brokers he currently mentors and five full-time staff members. Agents under Brown’s mentorship have earned Marcus & Millichap’s Senior Associate title. Another will earn the same title in July, and four more agents are on track to produce similar results.

In addition to leading a high performing brokerage team, Brown founded Brown Property Group (BPG) in 2020. This acquisition, development and property management company has successfully purchased five commercial investment real estate assets.

Also in 2020, the Brown Retail Group team of Marcus & Millichap started a relationship with 2ndMilk, a 501c3 non-profit that provides baby formula and basic nutrition to help malnourished babies in some of the poorest villages in developing countries worldwide. In addition to visiting Africa to deliver formula and basic nutrition in person, Brown and his retail group team donate a percentage of their commissions earned to 2ndMilk.

Brown has been named the number-one agent in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office and the number-one overall agent for all product types in the Pacific Northwest.
