Kenny Houser is Capacity Commercial Group’s Senior Vice President. In this role, he works with Scott Kappes on the leasing and sales of industrial and flex properties throughout the Portland, OR metro area. Most notable transactions included 79,872 square feet with Cyclone Bicycle and 22,800 square feet with W.S. Packaging.
Houser is a member of the Northwest Industrial Neighborhood Association and the Commercial Association of Brokers. He is committed not only to the short-term success of his clients but to the long-term success as well. He believes building long lasting relationships is key to the success of all parties involved.
