Kiefer Price

Kiefer Price joined Faropoint just over a year ago and, in his role as Acquisition Associate, has been a key component of the company’s acquisitions team in the Midwest. Price covers the Chicago, Cincinnati, and Columbus markets and has been involved in over 25 transactions since joining the company in January, 2022.

Faropoint leans on Price for his strong relationships with the local brokerage community and his ability to find new ways to source off-market opportunities. He is involved in all aspects of the acquisitions process including sourcing, underwriting, market research, creating materials for the investment committee, and due diligence.

Price has also played important role with Faropoint’s 20-person R&D team in Tel Aviv, Israel by helping to build out the company’s proprietary technology platform. The platform aggregates and analyzes deal data from key markets across the U.S.

Additionally, while Price’s main role is acquisitions, he works hand-in-hand with Faropoint’s asset management, construction management and corporate teams to insure the company’s continued success.
