As Mavrek Development Chief Executive Officer, Adam Friedberg has been the driving force behind one of Chicago’s most active development shops. He has oversight of several Chicago-area projects including the 248-unit The Saint Grand, the 370-unit 1016 W. Jackson and the 70-unit Portrait. Mavrek is also handling the 171-unit Treo, located in Cleveland, OH.

Friedberg brings an engaging and collaborative approach to Mavrek’s development process. He ensures Mavrek proactively engages with all stakeholders, while safeguarding building quality for the communities in which Mavrek develops. With Friedberg’s oversight, Mavrek is well positioned to continue being a household name with several new projects in the pipeline in Chicago, Cleveland and Columbus.
