Jamion Hartley’s combination of work ethic and humility is a recipe for success. Joining Irvine Company six months before the pandemic, he was quick to adapt to a changing marketplace and handle a new realm of responsibilities that were outside his initial job requirements. Today, as Senior Manager, Leasing, Hartley’s hard work and unending curiosity have led to his success. Most recently, he was lead on the new Inteliquent lease at One North Wacker, a 33,000 square-foot, full-floor deal.

Hartley has established himself as an Irvine Company thought leader, providing the business community, tenant-rep brokers, and the CRE industry with valuable insights. He understands the importance of innovation and how it sets the company’s teams apart from the competition. From partnering with teams to develop immersive digital touring tools to filming personalized vacant space walk-thru videos, Hartley always looks for innovative ways to showcase leasing opportunities.

Through his social media efforts, Hartley has cultivated a following of Chicago commercial brokers and customers, the result being impactful visuals and messaging that builds excitement for Irvine Company’s approach to ownership and its Chicago portfolio.
