Sheryl Troiani is the Chief Administrative Officer at Plano, TX-headquartered Granite Properties and is also a member of Granite’s Executive Committee.

Her job includes working with the CFO on negotiating partnership and joint venture agreements and with the Investments group on closing of acquisitions and disposition. Trioani also oversees accounting, treasury and risk management for the company.

Troiani joined Granite as the Controller in 1993. As the company grew, she launched several departments including accounting, human resources and IT. Before her promotion to her current position in 2020, Trioani was Granite’s Senior Director of Accounting.

Troiani heads a group of leaders that oversee ESG initiatives and also heads Granite’s DEI Council. She is a board member of CREW Dallas, and is the past president of National Association of Real Estate Companies (NAREC). She is also a member of CHIEF, a private network that connects and supports VP- and C-level executives with 15+ years of professional experience.

Great Place to Work honored Troiani with the inaugural Great Place to Work For All Leadership Award, a recognition of women leaders from companies on FORTUNE’s annual list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For.
