Westmount Realty Capital’s Julie Butticarlo has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years. In her position as Senior Director-Asset Management, she offers extensive experience in multiple disciplines, including commercial real estate owned (REO) dispositions, asset management, investment sales, leasing, finance and operations.

She joined Westmount’s Dallas office in 2018 as director of asset management and was promoted to her current role earlier this year, illuminating her hard work outstanding work ethic, dedication and passion for real estate. Upon joining Westmount, country, Butticarlo immediately became a top producer, completing more than 90 transactions, totaling 3.4 million square feet.

Butticarlo is involved in a variety of industry organizations and holds various professional licenses. She is a designated CCIM and holds her Texas Real Estate Brokers License.

Butticarlo is a member of the Dallas chapter of CREW. Through this affiliation, she encourages and inspires women and young ladies to do what they are passionate about and to have a place to find support in the industry.
