Helped forge T30 partnership with black-owned Blueprint Capital Advisors

Awarded the Urban Angel award by the New York Theological Seminary

Margaret Grossman is the President and Managing Partner of T30 Capital. She began at T30’s predecessor company, Sugar Hill Capital, eight years ago as general counsel. Grossman assumed her current role in 2019.

Throughout these challenges, Grossman positioned herself as one of real estate’s most capable, innovative, and inspirational leaders. For example, Grossman, together with T30’s two other managing partners, David Schwartz and Jeremy Salzberg, formed a strategic partnership between T30 and Blueprint Capital Advisors, one of the nation’s largest black-owned alternative asset managers. Under her leadership, T30 also formed a strategic partnership with a multi-billion-dollar global real estate investment manager to invest in New York City residential real estate. Additionally, Grossman has also led T30 in a geographic expansion, including making its first acquisition outside of New York City.

Since taking over leadership of T30, Grossman has prioritized community engagement. She was recently recognized for her contributions to the Harlem Community by the New York Theological Seminary which honored her with an “Urban Angel” award.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Margaret Grossman as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
