Recipient of Olive Tree's valued "PRITR MVP" award
Cathy Cao is the Director of Digital at Olive Tree Holdings, a mission-driven private investment company focused on value-add multifamily projects in growing markets across the United States. In her three-year tenure with the firm, Cao single handedly transformed the way the company runs its project management operations on all digital fronts and has proven to be an integral member of the team.
Cao currently oversees the development of new products and proprietary real estate technologies, working on a variety of entrepreneurial development projects and the firm’s overall media strategies.
Through her extensive experience in developing marketing technology stacks and executing strategic data-driven digital marketing campaigns, Cao earned a reputation within the firm as a trusted and well-respected leader. She received numerous awards throughout her career including Olive Tree’s coveted “PRITR MVP” Award (which stands for the firm’s core values, “People First, Radical Candor, Integrity, Team Player, and Relentless Pursuit of Excellence”).
Prior to her current role, Cao held roles at Meridian Capital Group and Compass, where she earned Compass’ Talent and Agility award and its 2015 Collaboration award. She was also recognized by DTZ, the Chinese affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield, as winner of the firm’s Impact Player.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Cathy Cao as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
