As a partner at RCS Real Estate Advisors, where she’s been for the past three decades, Eileen Mitchell offers an abundance of knowledge in every market and venue.
Over the past year, Mitchell has handled combined portfolios of more than 2,000 locations, transacting more than 500 lease events. She drove new-location generation at term criteria and standards above her clients’ historical economics, generating more than 690 new locations, and retailer revenue in excess of $1 billion. Additionally, portfolios in which Mitchell managed the renewals, relocations and expansions netted savings of $400 million.
Mitchell also sees opportunities that others might miss. Toward the end of 2021, when the leasing world was assuming an optimistic outlook on the retail sector following the pandemic, Mitchell correctly anticipated the market would cool. She suggested cautious growth to her clients. With that guidance, clients saved a significant amount of time and resources.
