First woman to hold title of Vice Chair in Colliers TriState region

Active with industry organizations (CREW, NAIOP, ICSC) and with charitable organizations

As Colliers’ Vice Chair, Jacklene Chesler is a highly accomplished commercial real estate broker in the New Jersey investment sales market. Not only is she a trusted advisor to her clients and a strong negotiator on their behalf throughout the sales transaction process, but she is also a role model to women already in or considering a career in the commercial real estate industry.

Following several years of consistently high production both in the New Jersey office as well as the broader national Colliers organization, Chesler was promoted to Vice Chair in early 2022, the first female to hold that title in Colliers TriState. She has earned the organization’s prestigious Everest Award for five consecutive years.

She is currently in the midst of her most productive year ever with approximately 40 transactions completed to date and still another four months remaining in 2022.

Chesler leads a team of five, providing them with mentorship and growth opportunities, while helping her offer a high level of service and support her clients have come to know and appreciate. The result is that her business production grows exponentially each year. Chesler’s leadership skills are on display each and every day, and she shares her expertise with many of the professional organizations in which she is involved, including CREW, NAIOP, IOREBA and ICSC. Chelsler also supports many charitable and fundraising organizations.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Jacklene Chesler as one of Connect CRE’s New York & Tri-State 2022 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
