Jeremy Korer of Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix-based Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Group was a market leader in 2021, arranging over $321 million in financing on multifamily and office properties across the metro. Since 2001, he has closed in excess of $13 billion.

Korer is a pioneer in the build-to-rent arena (single-family market) in Phoenix, arranging construction, bridge, perm and construction completion financing on more than 20 BTR/SFR projects. One such project was The Bungalows on Camelback, a 325-unit Built-to-Rent community in Glendale, AZ. Others include FirstStreet at the Ballpark (Goodyear) and Bungalows on Market Street (Prescott Valley).

Korer is currently out to market with more than $1 billion of debt and equity requests primarily on multifamily, office and industrial.  His expertise in this space can be exemplified through the economic and non-economic terms that were negotiated on behalf of his clients.
