Bruce Francis is a Vice Chairman with CBRE Debt & Structured Finance.  With help from Shaun Moothart (Senior Vice President); Bob Ybarra (Executive Vice President) and Doug Birrell (Senior Vice President), the team closed a record 100 deals in 2021 across industrial, multifamily, office and retail property types throughout the Southwest and Southern California. 

The 100 debt and equity financings were closed with 63 unique capital sources, demonstrating the team’s, reach and depth and breadth of relationships.
