Adam Finkel and Kyle McDonough launched Tower Capital in 2015, and since that time, the company has collected accolades including being ranked on Inc. 5000’s list of fastest-growing private companies. The customized structured financing Tower Capital provides spans CRE investors nationally and encompasses origination volume totaling more than $2 billion since inception.
Despite challenging market conditions over the past two years, Tower Capital has provided a wide array of debt and equity placements to advance housing, multifamily, industrial, single-family build-to-rent (BTR) and hotel conversion projects. The company also has an innovative preferred equity loan program that targets capital requirements from $1 million to $6 million.
Finkel and McDonough are active in the industry with NAIOP, CCIM and Urban Land Institute memberships and serve with a wide range of philanthropic organizations including the Angel Run Car Rally, a more than 300-mile car rally through northern Arizona that benefits the Pearce Family Foundation.
