Anton Laasko and Brian Tranetzki

Anton Laasko serves as the Vice President of Investments for Taylor Street Advisors Multifamily Group in Phoenix. He specializes in the Acquisition and Disposition of Multifamily Housing and spearheads all of Taylor Street’s manufactured housing sales. He began his career in 2016 after studying Real Estate and Sales & Marketing at Arizona State University. 

Brian Tranetzki is a Principal of Taylor Street and the designated Broker of Taylor Street Advisors. Brian has extensive advisory, acquisition and disposition experience through his investment banking, corporate strategy and commercial real estate sales and investment roles. He has been involved in over $1 billion of real estate investment, debt, equity, private placement and private and publicly traded REIT transactions.

Laasko prides himself on his comprehensive advisory-based approach to his client’s real estate operations and needs. In addition to his extensive experience, he uses his intellect and market knowledge to put his clients in the position to make the most informed decision to achieve their real estate investment goals. Throughout his career, Laasko has closed over $80 million in transactions. 

Tranetzki started his career in investment banking with A.G Edwards & Sons, Inc, a Wells Fargo company, specializing in fixed income trading for corporate and municipal debt securities, preferred stock, private and publicly traded real estate investment trusts and real estate syndications. He managed and advised on an approximate $50 million portfolio of assets.
