Evan was part of the team that successfully rolled out 14 locations for Surplus Furniture & Mattress Warehouse across multiple states and continued to serve his clients over the past year. Evan was able to complete deals on both anchor and small shop spaces along with pad sites and non-traditional deals that provided ancillary income for his clients.
