The team specializes in the leasing and sales of office and industrial properties in the Kent Valley, Pierce County and South Seattle markets.
Their most notable industrial transactions for 2021 included the leasing of Building 1 (231,708 square feet) and Buildings 5 and 6 (209,763 square feet) of the Pacific Gateway Industrial Park in Kent WA, consisting of six newly constructed, state-of-the-art, Class-A industrial buildings totaling 823,606 square feet. Another significant transaction was the sale of 2.3 acres off Airport Way in South Seattle for $15 million, as well as the $32-million sale of the 85,213-square-foot North Coast Electric building on 8th Avenue South, also in Seattle.
