The most significant transaction in 2021 was the sale of Hyde Square in Bellevue, a 618-unit property in Bellevue, WA. At a sale price of $279.1 million, it represented the largest transaction among single-asset podium properties in the history of the Pacific Northwest.

By successfully working with the buyer and seller to negotiate this off-market sale in late 2020 at one of the peaks of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Berkadia team showed its prowess at facilitating a large, complex transaction with sophisticated buyers in a very difficult real estate environment.
