Brokered the $231-million sale of the 180,000-square-foot 153 Townsend in San Francisco's SoMa District

One notable sale involved the $800 million disposition of the 1.5-million-square-foot PG&E headquarters campus in downtown San Francisco. The property sold for $800 million, representing the second-largest Bay Area sale, and the third-largest West Coast disposition.

The team also brokered the sale of 153 Townsend, a 180,000-square-foot, Class A office building across from Oracle Park, home to the San Francisco Giants. The SoMa District building sold to Ellis Partners for $231 million.
