Brokered 336,680-square-foot lease at Prologis Oakland Coliseum Urban Logistics Center to Amazon

Jason Ovadia and Greg Matter co-lead JLL’s Industrial Practice Group in Northern California. Jason and Greg were among the first industrial brokers JLL hired, and built up the current team. Collectively, they oversee all marketing, research, sales, leasing, capital markets, property management and project development services through Northern California’s six major industrial markets.

In 2021, the 28-person team completed 468 transactions in 2021 totaling more than 26 million square feet of leasing and sales transaction combined, totaling close to $2 billion.

Significant transactions included 336,680 square feet at Prologis Oakland Coliseum Urban Logistics Center leased to Amazon, representing one of the largest East Bay transactions in 2021.
