The members of this Nashville-based Cushman & Wakefield team have completed leasing transactions totaling 1.2 million square feet in 2021. The most notable transactions include:
- UBS – 138,391 square feet that represented one of two mission critical facilities for UBS in the US. The leasing transaction will allow for 1,500 jobs to be retained in Nashville for another 12 years.
- Revance Therapeutics – 71,232 square feet that represented the company’s relocation from San Francisco along with high-paying tech jobs. The leasing transaction generated 200-300 jobs.
- Confidential tech tenant – 50,000 square feet that generated 500 jobs.
- Integrated Biometric Technology – 30,000 square feet that represented the company’s corporate relocation. The leasing transaction produced 200 jobs.
