Collectively, this group completed almost $3.3 billion in sales in 2021. The closing of The Irby within the Atlanta MSA and Knox at Metrocenter in Nashville are among the team’s most notable accomplishments for the year. The Irby sale garnered the highest price per square foot ever documented Atlanta at $575.75 per square foot. Knox at Metrocenter sold for $372,407 per unit, which is the highest price per unit to date in Nashville.
