Kristi Procopio
Procopio garners loyalty by being real
Challenges do not diminish her ability to get to the finish line
Procopio will not give up on someone who shows true effort and drive.
Kristi Procopio joined Taylor Street full time in May 2021 after working as a consultant for slightly more than six months. As managing director and COO, she has been tasked with the difficult role of running four companies that encompass all aspects of real estate: finance, commercial, multifamily and residential brokerage, and property management. In a few short months, Procopio has organized and motivated many personalities and is steering this ship towards success and continued growth.
She treats every situation with the same respect, and goes above and beyond. There is truly no job too small for Procopio and she won’t stop until the job is complete. Procopio may have a few scrapes at the end of the journey, but she saw it through.
Her charisma, charm, transparency and generosity stand out among teammates. Procopio is open so others learn from her journey. And once she cares about you, she will move mountains to make sure you thrive.
Instead of seeing an employee who isn’t good at their job, she sees someone who is in the wrong role and redirects them, supporting their growth and success. Where some would see weaknesses or flaws, Procopio finds opportunities and strengths. She has an uncanny ability to read people quickly and draw out hidden interests and talents. Procopio is great at expanding a person’s view of opportunities and convincing him or her to expand their horizons.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Procopio as one of the Phoenix & Southwest 2021 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
