Kathleen Morgan, CCIM, MCR, is a managing director in the Phoenix office of Newmark, specializing in medical/healthcare real estate investments. Morgan is a creative, diligent, innovative and experienced commercial real estate professional with a thorough knowledge of Phoenix healthcare providers and the city’s commercial real estate market.
As a leader in the market, she has represented a majority of the healthcare properties in the Valley area and has continuously maintained a tremendous transaction volume. Morgan’s career in commercial real estate is defined by long-lasting relationships. The duration and success of these relationships derive from her honesty, intelligence and ethical business practices.
Morgan also a member of CoreNet Global with an MCR along with NAIOP. In terms of philanthropic endeavors, she is member at Life Teen, a volunteer at For the Love of Kids, Missionaries of Charity, Our Lady of Perpetual Help and Xavier College Preparatory.
