Keitha Anderson has managed leasing for more than 1.8 million square feet in the Las Vegas market. Since joining BKM, she significantly increased the occupancy of BKM’s Nevada properties. Of particular note was the leasing of Pacific Business Center South, a 391,241-square-foot industrial park in Henderson, NV. When purchased in 2019, the asset was 62 percent occupied. Anderson worked to bring the occupancy up to 100 percent and increased the income by 126 percent.

During the pandemic and 2020 lockdowns, Anderson actively worked with the property managers to help the tenants with their rent adjustments. In addition, she expanded an existing tenant at Cheyenne Airport Center from 3,464 square feet to 6,928 square feet, then to 10,384 square feet and finally to 14,551 square feet, all during the period of April to June 2020.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Anderson as one of the Phoenix & Southwest 2021 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
