Don Vedeen leads NorthMarq’s Manufactured Housing Communities practice group, which has grown to seven professionals and over $300 million in sales transactions and loan referrals for 5,000 total sites since 2019. Vedeen has grown his career from selling Phoenix Suns tickets into a multi-million dollar multifamily investment sales leader in less than five years. Now, in 2021, he and his team of seven professionals currently have seven manufactured housing communities listed for sale, with six in escrow scheduled to close in the next 30 days.
Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM.
In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
