Chase Dorsett serves as an associate director in the Phoenix office, where he partners with senior managing directors Steve Julius and Jesse Goldsmith to specialize in investment sales for multi-tenant shopping centers and net leased retail properties in Phoenix. Dorsett assists with the marketing and disposition of retail properties through existing client relationships, the cultivation of new business, financial underwriting and insightful market analyses. In the last 18 months, he has completed $12,547,000 in closed transactions with an additional $14,608,000 currently in escrow. Dorsett was awarded Newmark’s Rookie of the Year in 2020 for his exceptional work ethic and achievements. He is a member of NAIOP Developing Leaders group, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM.
In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
