Represented an undisclosed tenant in Silicon Valley for a 1.8 million rentable-square-foot ground up development lease, the largest lease transaction in the history of the Western Region.

Represented Kilroy Realty Corp in a 650,000 rentable-square-foot ground up development lease to Apple at 333 Dexter, one of largest deals in the history of Seattle.

Represented Kilroy Realty Corp. in its 735,000 rentable-square-foot ground up development lease at Dropbox Exchange, the largest lease transaction in the history of San Francisco.

Elizabeth Wilgenburg, the youngest partner at Allen Matkins, is a transactional real estate attorney in the firm’s Century City office. She has worked on some of the largest lease transactions as well as acquisitions and dispositions deals on the West Coast. Wilgenburg specializes in representing landlords in connection with large lease transactions with technology-oriented tenants. She is sought after by many institutional owners for representation on these matters, such as Kilroy Realty Corporation, Boston Properties, Brookfield, Hines Interests, CIM, Westbrook, LBA Realty and Vornado Realty Trust. Wilgenburg also represents owners in leasing sophisticated mixed-use retail, office and residential properties, and development, build-to-suit office and industrial projects.

Specifically, Wilgenburg has leased more than 15 million square feet of space since joining the firm and represented the landlord on two of the largest leases in the history of the city of San Francisco including the lease with Salesforce at Salesforce Tower, and represented the tenant on the largest lease in the history of the Western Region. Most recently, Wilgenburg represented the seller in the largest-ever single-building sale in San Francisco (terms undisclosed).

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
