Michelle Reyes with Two Roads Development Rose From Sales Assistant to Executive

Company:

Two Roads Development

As vice president of sales operations at Two Roads Development, Michelle Reyes handles sales strategy and operations throughout the company’s luxury residential portfolio. She works across development, marketing and sales teams to drive performance.

Reyes has helped bring luxury residential projects to market, including branded residences and condominiums associated with Four Seasons, EDITION, Pendry and The Standard.

Reyes has spent 13 years with Two Roads, expanding her responsibilities as the company and its portfolio have grown. She began as a sales assistant. Since then, she has held roles including pre-construction, resale manager, sales operator, contract administration and marketing, which led to her current position.

Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Reyes mentors colleagues and helps develop emerging talent while contributing to Two Roads’ strategic direction.

Reyes also supports the Ronald McDonald House Foundation, hosting events at the organization’s house and in Two Roads’ galleries. She is a longtime donor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

She was named a Luxury Women Leaders to Watch winner by Luxury Marketing.

These are just a few reasons Michelle Reyes is among the Florida & Gulf Coast Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
