Cindy Schooler Helps Double TCG’s Brokerage Revenue
Cindy Schooler is the managing partner of Trinity Commercial Group and TCG Property Management. In these roles, she oversees strategy, financial performance, recruiting, brokerage operations and the company’s growing property management business.
Since joining TCG in 2021, Schooler has helped expand the brokerage from two offices with 13 brokers and approximately $5.5 million in annual gross commission income to four Florida offices with 25 brokers and more than $10 million in GCI. She was promoted from managing director to managing partner in 2022.
Schooler also helped build TCG’s property management division following the acquisition of a company with three employees and approximately 15 properties. The division now manages about 80 commercial, retail, office and association properties with eight employees, while annual revenue has grown from less than $500,000 to more than $1 million in under four years.
She also led TCG’s companywide adoption of artificial intelligence, including hiring a dedicated AI manager, developing usage guidelines and incorporating AI into research, analysis, marketing, client communications and document review.
Schooler created TCG’s Junior Broker Education Series and mentors emerging professionals. She has served as president of CREW Orlando and CREW Fort Myers/Naples.
These are just a few reasons Cindy Schooler is among the Florida & Gulf Coast Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
