These transactions helped bring fresh institutional capital into Pittsburgh’s multifamily sector, reinforced the region’s investor interest, and provided high-quality liquidity for sellers. One notable sale was the 340-unit Wexford Apartments, at 98 Devonshire Dr. in Teays Valley, WV. Monarch Investment and Management Group was the buyer.
