Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chair Jim Foreman, Executive Managing Director Beau Kaleel, Executive Director Michael Foreman and Senior Director Brooke Swerdlow are part of the Foreman/Kaleel Team, the leading industrial agency leasing group in Houston. In 2025, the team handled 96 transactions totaling 3.3 million square feet, accounting for 12% of the market’s total deals.
One notable transaction involved re-tenanting a former 540,000-square-foot 99 Only distribution facility at 23623 Colonial Parkway in Katy, TX to Inventec, a Taiwanese electronics company. Additionally, the team represented Logistics Property Co. in completing a 400,000-square-foot lease.
