Northmarq’s North Texas Multifamily Team Closes 35 Transactions, Exceeding a $1-Billion Deal Volume

Led by Taylor Snoddy, Northmarq’s North Texas multifamily group closed 35 transactions consisting of 7,000 units and generated more than $1 billion in total volume in 2025. The group includes Eric Stockley, Charles Hubbard and Campbell Brooks.
Notable transactions include the sale of the 140-unit Cottages at Bell Station, a 140-unit build-to-rent community in Fort Worth and one of the largest infill build-to-rent communities in the Metroplex. The team also handled the sale of the 656-unit Eastgrove Apartment Homes (Dallas) and the 376-unit Alexi at Willow Bend (North Dallas).
