Walker & Dunlop’s Texas-based multifamily investment sales group includes Matt Pohl, Jennifer Ray, Alisan Rutland, Ryan Epstein and Ananya Gupta. With brokers located in Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston, the team oversees and executes multifamily sales transactions across the region. In 2025, team members closed 25 transactions valued at $1.3 billion.
Notable deals included the sale of Citizen House Bergstrom (Austin), Legends at Legacy (Frisco, TX), and Courtland Seven Meadows (Katy, TX). The Katy sale represented one of the highest-per-unit trades in the market in 2025. By identifying a buyer with a 1031 exchange requirement and a very long hold horizon, the Walker & Dunlop team satisfied both parties’ objectives while maintaining strategic control of the process.
