The Newmark Central Texas Multifamily Investment Sales team comprises four investment sales professionals and two land experts, with expertise spanning conventional multifamily and land equity, acquisition, and disposition services from Austin to San Antonio.
The team, which includes Patton Jones, Matt Michelson, Andrew Dickson, Jim Young, Andrew Childers and Steven Boice, closed over $1.77 billion in sales and financing across 19 transactions in 2025.
Notable transactions included a 573-unit portfolio encompassing two communities in Central Austin and Uptown Dallas, the 349-unit Alden at Cedar Park (Cedar Park, TX) and the 261-unit River House (122 Roy Smith St., San Antonio).
