Cushman & Wakefield’s Executive Vice Chairmen Art Santry and Kurt Richter, as well as Vice Chairman Ned Goodwin, lead a team of nine professionals in office leasing throughout the Washington DC region.
In 2024, the team closed on 67 lease transactions totaling 868,000 square feet. Notable deals included negotiating a 340,000-square-foot lease at Midtown Center for Fannie Mae’s headquarters, a 28,000-square-foot lease for the American Council of Life Insurers at 300 New Jersey Avenue NW, and a 61,133-square-foot lease for Alvarez & Marsal at 655 15th Street, NW.
