Founded Navi Ventures, manages projects where Navi is GP or co-GP
Working on a 150-unit multifamily construction project in New Mexico
Diana Lin is the founder and president of Navi Ventures. In that role, she oversees relationships with key development partners, equity partners (current and prospective) and brokers. Lin also manages the properties for which Navi is the general partner or co-general partner. She is currently working on a 150-unit multifamily ground-up development in Rio Rancho, NM.
Before starting Navi, Lin designed landmark skyscrapers throughout China and hotels in Dallas.
Lin seeks to empower those who work for her or whom she encounters outside of work. To that end, she started a group called Real Estate Ladies in Dallas that seeks to bring together women who are active, would like to become active, or are just interested in investigating how to start breaking into real estate.
Lin was selected as an inaugural member of the Dallas Equitable Development Initiative, where she won second place in the development competition.
