Megan Humble, JT Magen’s Senior Project Manager, is responsible for managing commercial interiors and retail projects from start to finish. She joined the firm’s Austin office at its inception; the Texas branch of the established New York office opened in September 2022. At JT Magen, Humble helped the firm secure commercial interiors and retail fit-out projects for multiple companies.

Humble serves as project manager for four Uniqlo retail stores across Texas, two in Dallas and two in Houston; the development totals 64,000 square feet. She also worked on the renovation of Building B at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and the buildout of an office/event space for Owlchemy Labs in Austin.

Humble attends as many industry events as possible in the CRE community through Bisnow, NAIOP Austin, RECA and others. She is on CREW’s Membership Services Committee and works with JT Magen’s business development manager to plan events and networking opportunities with industry colleagues.

In the community, Humble volunteers at her children’s elementary school for events throughout the school year. She recently served two years as the head coach for her son’s soccer team and spent one year as Team Mom for her daughter’s Cheer Squad.

These are just a few reasons Megan Humble is among the Texas Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
