Jihane Boury
Overseen six million square feet in transactions totaling $1.5 billion in 14 years

Jihane Boury is Vice Chairman at global real estate advisory firm Savills North America, where she co-leads the tenant representation group working with occupiers. She advises clients in a variety of industries on their real estate strategies. Boury also assists with talent recruitment and retention strategies for the North Texas region, mentors young professionals in the office, and volunteers for local charity and civic organizations on behalf of Savills.
During her 14 years in the industry, Boury has overseen over six million square feet of transactions totaling over $1.5 billion. Notable highlights include her efforts for law firm Jones Day in its lease renewal and location to 73,359 square feet in Harwood No. 15. She assisted with ORIX’s relocation in the Trammell Crow Center skyscraper in Dallas’ Arts District.
Boury is involved with diversity projects at Savills, including membership in the Women’s Initiative Network and Black Excellence United.
Boury has served on the board of the International Red Cross in Beirut, Lebanon and was also involved in the Make-a-Wish Foundation, Hearts and Hammers and Habitat for Humanity. She also volunteers with Hope’s Door New Beginning Center and assists the non-profit with its real estate strategy.
