Responsible for leasing NCR’s 277,000-square-foot headquarters
Helps lease the 2.25-million-square-foot Battery Atlanta
Brooke Dewey is a Senior Managing Director for JLL’s Atlanta office, co-leading the firm’s Agency Leasing division. Her day-to-day responsibilities include representing landlords in implementing strategic marketing and leasing initiatives that aim to meet investment goals and enhance long-term asset value.
During her 20 years working in Atlanta’s commercial real estate industry, she has been actively involved in the leasing and marketing efforts for over 18 million square feet of Atlanta office properties, focusing on Class-A, mixed-use, creative office and adaptive reuse projects.
One of her most notable achievements this year has been her work leasing for NCR’s 277,000-square-foot new global headquarters in Midtown Atlanta. She recently executed an 82,437-square-foot lease for the NCR Building’s first sublease tenant. She also helps lease the 2.25-million-square-foot Battery Atlanta, a mixed-use development anchored by the Atlanta Braves stadium.
Dewey participates in the JLL mentor program, focusing on connecting with women in the commercial real estate industry. As part of this, she has relaunched several initiatives for JLL, including the Young Guns program.
An active member of NAIOP, Dewey has been selected to the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS’ (ACBR) Million Dollar Club numerous times and has been named to ACBR’s Top 10 list.
